A leading National Construction & Property Consultancy is looking for a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Southampton team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be part of a dynamic & collaborative team of 30 individuals in their newly refurbished office, creating a vibrant, modern and professional environment and work closely with senior members team supporting the delivery of a variety of projects, sectors, clients and significant projects with the value ranging from £1m to £50m.

You'll work on a variety of key schemes across education, residential, and local government, while also contributing to sectors such as commercial, industrial, healthcare, and student accommodation.

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager for substantial industry exposure across a variety of sectors. This, alongside the firms renowned internal APC programme, is the perfect place for someone looking to push on with their RICS chartership.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be a motivated and client-focused professional. You should have:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying BSc or MSc
Eager to complete APC
Basic pre and post contract experience
A valid UK driving license
