Residential Property Head of Department, Winchester How would you like the challenge of a leadership role in a really good firm where there are genuine prospects for career progression? My client is a well known and very busy firm who are looking to strengthen their property team, they are looking for someone to manager and grow the department and you should be someone motivated and ambitious career wise. As well as managing staff you should be able to take on your own varied caseload of sales and purchase matters. There may be an initial short period whilst you settle in before the full management duties begin. You should be an experienced qualified or equivalent residential property fee earner, with strong technical and communication skills and previous experience of mentoring and supervising team colleagues. You'll see the value in forging and developing a collegiate team environment with committed staff who all value servicing clients to the best of their ability. If you had any client following of your own this could be of interest to the firm, this may be something that could increase the salary in the right circumstances. Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Winchester area.
