We are seeking a proactive and personable individual to fill the role of Receptionist/Admin Assistant. This role is a hybrid between front desk responsibilities and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a background in reception and/or administration.Â
Day-to-day of the role:
- Greeting and meeting visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring a swift and accurate response.
- Handling administrative tasks such as preparing letters, managing files, and other documentation.
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Assisting with various admin duties as required to support the team.
- Adapting to a flexible shift-based rota system within the office hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software for word processing, email, and administrative tasks.
- A friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
