Alma Personnel are proud to announce that they are recruiting on behalf of their Winchester accountancy client for an experienced Finance Assistant on either a full or part time basis as well as hybrid working.

This position has been created to manage financial reporting, management accounts and day to day financial operations of companies within the business.

Tasks and Duties but limited to :-

  • Assist with VAT return preparation
  • Financial transactions such as sales, purchase and receipt of payments
  • Reconciliations of bank statements
  • Resolve any discrepancies
  • Accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Statements, profit and loss balance sheet processing
  • Cross department collaboration
  • Reporting and analysis

What we are looking for in the right candidate is they you will have at least 1 year UK experience, practice or industry.

AAT qualified, with a hunger to develop and learn to further progress in your career. Must have excellent communication skills both for internal and external stakeholders

Full UK driving licence as some travel will be required to other locations

English and Maths at GCSE or higher.
