English Teacher Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a qualified English Teacher to teach at a 'Good' Ofsted rated Secondary School based on the outskirts of the New Forest. The school is a forward thinking but traditional mainstream Secondary School with a supportive English department. The position is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers. Contract Details:
- Location - Lymington, Hampshire
- Position - QTS Drama
- Start date - January 2025
- Likely Duration - 1-Term
- Position end date - April 2025
- Contract type - Temporary
- 5 days a week
- Rate of pay: From GBP163.00 per day
- Hours - 8:20am-4.00pm (term time only)
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
- It is essential that you have QTS and experience teaching Drama in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional child related references.
