Our client, a leading consultancy in the built environment sector, is seeking an experienced Secretary/Administrator to join their team.

This role involves providing secretarial support and sharing reception duties in the Winchester office from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive administrative support to the team
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and organize couriers
  • Book travel and hotel arrangements
  • Schedule meetings, order lunches, and set up meeting rooms
  • Produce reports, letters, and meeting minutes
  • Handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a secretarial/administrative role
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
