About the Role:

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Delivery Manager to join their fantastic Development team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a range of housing development projects, at delivery stages. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage schemes from planning applications and procurement through to construction, and handover.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, planning officers, and local authorities.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including building regulations, planning legislation, and health and safety requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation's development strategy.
  • Contribute to the social value agenda, ensuring that development projects deliver positive social and environmental outcomes for the local community.
  • Promote and embed best practice in sustainable construction and development
