You’ll be responsible for designing and embedding effective training programmes, developed in collaboration with external partners.The goal: to ensure individuals living with dementia receive the highest standard of care, and that staff are well-equipped with the skills and confidence to make a real difference.As a clinical leader, you’ll work closely with care teams in our specialist units—mentoring, assessing, and guiding practice, particularly in complex care scenarios. Your insights will help translate knowledge into compassionate, person-centred action.Who We're Looking For:

  • A qualified RGN or RMN with at least 5 years’ experience supporting people with dementia in either care home or community settings
  • Postgraduate certification or advanced training in dementia care
  • Proven track record in delivering effective dementia training
  • Strong assessment skills and experience in person-centred care planning
  • Committed to continuous professional development
  • A confident communicator, capable of leading teams and writing clear, impactful reports
