The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing and implementing high-quality, scalable software solutions. This position involves full-stack development, mentorship, and solution design to deliver production-grade applications that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize back-end systems with advanced proficiency in Python and AWS.
- Architect and implement front-end systems using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Integrate back-end and front-end technologies for seamless full-stack development.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Deploy, maintain, and improve production-grade applications.
- Ensure best practices are followed for code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Provide technical oversight to maintain high standards of development within the team.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and skilled engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering impactful software solutions.
You’ll bring:
- Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AWS.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js, with architectural experience in front-end systems.
- Proven experience in full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end technologies.
- A solid understanding of solution design and the ability to create technical specifications from business requirements.
- Experience deploying and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and support junior engineers.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent industry experience.
