Learning Support Assistant - SEND Education

We are currently looking for Learning Support Assistants who are dedicated and passionate about supporting children in a school-based environment. Your role as a Learning Support Assistant will be to support pupils on a 1:1 or group basis with their learning development and care needs while at school. This is a long-term placement which can lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Experience supporting children or young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Experience or willingness to assist with personal care if needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively
  • A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS.
  • Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 3-6 months
