Prospero Teaching are seeking to recruit a dynamic and positive full time Learning Support Assistant into a lovely, warm, and welcoming school in Calshot, renowned for its fantastic reputation and supportive community. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

      • Provide support to students in their learning activities.
      • Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans (ILPs).
      • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
      • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
      • Monitor and report on student progress.

About you:

    • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant/LSA or in a similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
    • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
    • Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.

    • Hold right to work in the UK
    • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
    • Provide references upon request
    • Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
