As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

- Provide support to students in their learning activities.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans (ILPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Monitor and report on student progress.

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant/LSA or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.
