SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:

* Personal/Professional experience with children and/or young people is desirable but not essential* A caring individual with energy, drive and enthusiasm.* Ability to work as part of team, alongside teaching and support staff* Willing to support a pupil with personal care where necessary.* Able to use their initiative to support learning.* Passion to support children and young people with special educational needs
