Contract:Â Full Time, Long-term, Permanent
Salary: M1 – UPS3

This role would consist of covering a range of subjects up to key stage 2, working specifically within Early Years and Foundation Stages. Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
- Use a range of teaching strategies and methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with other staff members, parents, and external professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
- Participate in professional development and training as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEMH and ASD.
- Strong understanding of SEN best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.Â
