What You'll Be Doing
- Diary & Meeting Management - Organising schedules and appointments for IFAs
- Client Case Preparation - Ensuring files are ready for Advisor presentations
- Database & Records Management - Keeping everything up-to-date and accurate
- Client Communications - Updating clients on progress and policy valuations
- Reception & Front Desk Duties - Welcoming and hosting clients with professionalism
- Call & Mail Handling - Managing incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence
- Office & Facility Management - Keeping things running smoothly, from supplies to supplier coordination
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy. Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
- A calm problem-solver who can adapt and find solutions
- Professional communication skills and a client-focused mindset
The Details
- Full-time, office-based role (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm)
- Central Winchester location (please note there is no parking)
