The Role
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer with a background in construction, property maintenance, or facilities management. In this hands-on role, you will confidently manage a variety of tasks, including repairing, maintaining, and upgrading existing buildings, as well as contributing to the construction of new projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fitting and repairing internal fixtures such as doors, windows, kitchens, and plumbing / sanitary ware.
  • Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic electrics, plumbing and carpentry.
  • Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards while adhering to project deadlines.
  • Assisting with site setups and preparing spaces for new builds.

Key qualities were looking for include:

  • Hands-on experience and the ability to work independently on a range of construction and maintenance tasks.
  • The ability to work safely and effectively under varying weather conditions.
  • Physical fitness to handle tasks that may involve lifting and maneuvering large components.
