Job Title: Reconciliation Officer
Location: Winchester/Hybrid

Salary: 16.66 per hour
Job Purpose:
Complete the prioritisation and reconciliation of supplier accounts with outstanding balances
Main Responsibilities:
- Complete the prioritisation and reconciliation of supplier accounts with outstanding balances
- Issue supplier statements
- Report on progress - weekly updates on completion of reconciliations, reductions of backlog, new rejections and outstanding volumes
- Liaise with provisions team to update MOSAIC.
- Provide expert support to contact team as required
- To work effectively with other team members as part of a professional team in the delivery of correct answers to provider queries raised through calls and enquiry forms.
- Expedite actions of other teams until resolved.
- To maintain an awareness of corporate and departmental equalities and health & safety policies and procedures and apply them in the day-to-day requirements of the job.

Experienced in using spreadsheets and word processing software in order to analyse and present information.
