They are looking for a Principal Transport Planner who is passionate about client-service and progressing their career.

As a Principal Transport Planner, you will help bring new developments to life, and your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a junior team of Transport Planners.
  • Delegate work to available resources to ensure delivery of projects on-time and within budget.
  • Oversee the production of Transport Statements, Transport Assessments and Travel Plans, producing these yourself in addition when required.
  • Oversee site access/preliminary junction design using AutoCAD.
  • Oversee GIS mapping software.
  • Review and upskill junction modelling using Junctions (ARCADY/PICADY).
  • Engage in both internal and external training sessions and design meetings.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and develop new areas of business

The ideal candidate will have experience in the above at a planning consultancy.
