Senior Business Travel Consultant - What Will I be Doing?
As a Business Travel Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the team. You'll have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure client satisfaction.
You will :
- Provide a personalised travel services to Business Travel Clients, meeting their unique needs.
- Assist in implementing new business ventures to expand our client base.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering professional development.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements, delivering high-quality service consistently.
- Quote and process air fares across various markets, offering well-defined choices to clients.
- Coordinate ancillary services like hotel bookings and car hire to enhance travel experiences.
- Handle ticket reissues and refunds confidently, training others as needed.
- Manage client profiles accurately in our systems.
- Clear back-office queues promptly and assist with other tasks as required.
- Invoice hotel, car, and ancillary billbacks accurately and efficiently.
Senior Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need ?
- It is essential that you have proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant
- 100% Proficiency in Sabre
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with travel industry regulations and trends.
Senior Business Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know?
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office in Hampshire at least once a week. Salary package £28k - £32k plus bonus c£3500 pa
The hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30. They would consider applications for 4.5 days a week - one day a week off every other week.
