What will I be doing ?* Arrange and manage end-to-end business travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and transfers* Provide expert advice on travel policies, visa requirements, and cost-effective solutions* Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring excellent service delivery* Stay up to date with industry regulations, airline policies, and emerging travel trends
What We're Looking For:* Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant or in a similar corporate travel role* Strong knowledge of GDS booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests efficiently* A customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail
