We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Functional Skills Tutor to join our dynamic team, delivering Level 1 and Level 2 Functional Skills to military apprentices as part of their basic training in a supportive and engaging environment.

About the Role:
This peripatetic position will see you delivering high-quality teaching in Functional Skills in both Worthy Down and Tidworth, supporting apprentices in developing essential literacy, numeracy, and employability skills that will support their career and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assess Level 1 and Level 2 Functional Skills to apprentices, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop tailored resources and learning materials that support the apprentices' progression.
- Foster a positive learning environment where apprentices are motivated to achieve their goals.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the curriculum and learning experience for apprentices.
What We're Looking For:
?? Relevant teaching qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent)?? Experience in delivering Functional Skills (ideally L1 and L2)?? A passion for teaching and working with young adults?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills?? The ability to work independently and as part of a team
