Position 1:Chef de Partierequired for a Rosette Restaurant within a stunning hotel in the south lakes area.Salary isup to£30,000 + 3-4k tips(OTE £33-34k a year)andlive inis available. The hotel is well known in the area for the Restaurant and is producing fantastic Rosette dishes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chefde Partie ,live inwithin a a kitchenpushing forwardformore awards.
Position 2:Chef de Partie south lakes for a kitchen who is looking towin 3 rosette, they do a 4 day week,45hrs, base salary 27-29k + 3k service, live in available. This role will look great being on the winning team
Position 3:Penrith area,live in, this kitchen is looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, the food here is rustic and of a good standard. 30k
Position 4:Achef role in Ambleside which is half pastry and half main kitchen, good hours here, this is a live out role. 29-30k
Position 5:Chef de Partie in the Windermere area for alive inkitchen, good standards, 29-31k, good produce
Position 6:Chef de Partie in Kendal area for a fresh food kitchen,live inavailable, 28-29k
Position 7:Chef de Partie for a kitchen looking to win 3 rosette. Great range of meats and produce. Live in £30k + 3k service/tips.
Experience:
For all these roles, we are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience as either a Chef de Partie or a DemiChef de Partie looking to step up. Fresh food experience would be beneficial
