  • Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen procedures

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering exceptional dishes to a four Rosette standard
  • Ensure consistency and precision in food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP procedures
  • Oversee ordering and stock management to guarantee freshness and quality
  • Train and support junior team members to maintain kitchen standards
  • Contribute to the kitchen garden's development and sustainable ingredient sourcing
