Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
- Passionate about high-end cuisine with experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of modern cookery techniques and a creative approach to menu development
- Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure while running an immaculate kitchen section
- Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen procedures
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
- Experience working to a multi-Rosette or Michelin level is desirable
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering exceptional dishes to a four Rosette standard
- Ensure consistency and precision in food preparation and presentation
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP procedures
- Oversee ordering and stock management to guarantee freshness and quality
- Train and support junior team members to maintain kitchen standards
- Contribute to the kitchen garden's development and sustainable ingredient sourcing
