Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
- Previous experience in fresh food kitchens with a focus on quality and detail
- Confident working across all sections of the kitchen
- A strong foundation in classic techniques with a desire to keep learning
- Able to remain calm and organised in a busy service
- Takes pride in preparation and presentation
- Keen to contribute to a supportive and positive team culture
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
- Running your section efficiently during prep and service
- Supporting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness
- Preparing mise en place and assisting across other sections as needed
- Always following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Contributing ideas to team discussions around menu development
