The role
As a sous chef you will ensure the kitchen is running smooth when the head chef is not on site, be the eyes & ears for the head chef and ensure all the sections are ready for service. This is a hands on role, you will be cooking and presenting dishes at the 3 rosette level. The kitchen has a garden kitchen and the dishes are fantasitic. This is a good life balance role, as it is 40hrs a week and straight shifts. The head chef is looking for a sous chef who will relocate to the area & settle into the role.
Expeirence
We are looking for a sous chef with a 3 rosette background, who has high level of presentation skills, good at teaching other chefs, can cook to the high level. You will either be a current sous chef looking for a work life balance OR a junior sous chef looking to step up.

- plus service charge / tips
- plus paid overtime
- 40hrs a week
- live in 1st 1-2 months if relocating whilst you rent locally, they know of very affordable places to rent
