Area Manager - Salary £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Generous Bonus

Zachary Daniels are excited to be recruiting an Area Manager for a fast-paced, growing business. With a competitive salary of up to £50,000 plus car allowance and a fantastic bonus scheme and additional benefits, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience while fostering a positive and motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a positive and engaging work culture across your sites

  • Maintain high standards in all key operational areas

  • Set clear expectations for service, operational standards, and team performance

  • Oversee profit and loss, budget management, sales forecasting, and key performance indicators

  • Build strong relationships with head office and key stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures

  • Support company events, local marketing initiatives, and celebrate team successes

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple sites in a fast-paced environment

  • Hands-on leadership style-you're not the type to stay in the office!

  • Strong operational, leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills

  • Target-driven with a strong focus on customer service

  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
