The role
As a general manager you will work along side the head office team to ensure the hotel runs smoothly on a day to day basis. You will ensure the budgets are met for the hotel, the rotas are correct for each department,. the hotel meets fire saftey regulations and all the legal requirements are followed. This role will include all the normal General Manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a canidate who is either a General Manager or a Operations manager ready to step up, you will be a hands on manager and very front facing.
