As a assistant restaurant manager you will support the restaurant manager in the smooth running of the restaurant. You will ensure the tables look fantastic and ready for service, you will great guests upon arrival and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. You will take some of the responsibilities from the Restaurant manager and also ensure the service runs smoothly. This role will include all the normal duties you will expect from a Assistant Restaurant manager role
Experience
We are looking for a assistant restaurant manager from fine dining background ideally within rosette restaurants, you will be customer focused and service driven.
