Description
- Managing and overseeing all financial processes within the company.
- Preparing financial reports and statements for senior management.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies in line with company goals.
- Working closely with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure financial accuracy.
- Conducting financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Participating in financial audits and providing recommendations for procedural improvements.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A strong background in Accounting & Finance, particularly within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
