Twenty4Seven Education are currently working in partnership with a school based in Windlesham, Surrey with the recruitment of a dedicated and experienced School Caretaker to join their site team. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity starting as soon as possible. The role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The hours are 8:30 until 4:30.

Role Details:

Position: School Caretaker
Location: Windlesham, Surrey
Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: 30,000 - 33,000 per annum
Holiday: 30 days per year plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day operational management of the school estate.
Ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of school buildings and grounds.
Performing routine inspections and minor repairs.
Managing and supervising contractors on-site.
Implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Proven background in building maintenance or a relevant trade.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
