Fleet Coordinator

Our client works within the environmental industry and they are looking for a Fleet Coordinator due to growth. You will be supporting the Fleet team to ensure the operational side of the business runs smoothly.

This is a full time Monday to Friday role and is fully office based.

Key tasks:

  • Provide first-line support to colleagues on all matters related to the fleet
  • Address and resolve queries and requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure fleet operations comply with regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with departments like Finance, HR, and Procurement to align fleet operations with business objectives.
  • Oversee the organisation of Group Vehicle Requirements, including spot hire, rental, and contract hire.
  • Record and track changes to vehicle and driver information as needed.
  • Manage the Group's tolls, congestion charges, and ULEZ accounts.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to fleet forms and documentation.
  • Update the system with information such as license checks, parking notices, road tax, and other relevant details.
  • Process fleet invoices

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience with Fleet Management
  • Strong MS Excel skills - ideally with good working knowledge of pivot tables and formula’s
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate work.
  • Experience in effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and Fleet Suppliers
  • Process driven with good organisational and time management skill
  • Proficient with Microsoft office 365 - Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc
  • Able to confidently work independently and collaboratively
  • A driver with a car due to the location and travelling to other sites.
