This property has a fine dining restaurant and small leisure facilities focused on the quality end of the four-star market. You will be responsible for the management and development for a team of 40 -45 staff.
As General Manager you will be focused on developing a business plan for the whole hotel. Implementing structure and driving team performance with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
Following recent investment there are consistent refurbishments going on throughout the hotel and these need to be managed and re-launched.
For this General Managers role you must have had exposure to luxury hotel management to at least Deputy General Manager level.
This role would suit a first or second time General Managers appointment, and due to private owners there is plenty of autonomy and opportunity to develop your own ideas.
