Robert Half is excited to be recruiting for a Management Accountant to support a leading contract in the leisure and entertainment industry. Based full-time on-site in either Surrey or Berkshire, this is an operational finance role that plays a pivotal part in driving business performance within a growth-oriented, service-focused environment.

As a Management Accountant, you'll collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure financial processes are robust and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance Business Partner (FBP) with financial reporting and help operational teams produce and understand high-quality financial information.
  • Assist in preparing financial and commercial information, including processing invoices, reconciling revenue, and posting general journals.
  • Maintain accurate schedules related to key contractual obligations, including per cap and commissions.
  • Prepare periodic financial review reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Advise on and manage commercial opportunities and risks, contributing to client discussions with financial insights.
  • Prepare key balance sheet reconciliations for the contract and lead invoicing processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Work with the FBP to understand and develop forecast assumptions.

About You:To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance position.
  • Studying towards or qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Strong proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
