The Role

The Club is recruiting for a manager to lead a team to run this unique establishment in the local community.

The purpose of the role is to set and uphold the standard of the Club as a well- run, community facing club in the grounds. This includes leading a team to provide friendly and professional customer service to its members and external customers. 

The role requires a conscientious approach to setting and maintaining high health and safety and hygiene standards, maintenance of financial records. The applicant must satisfy all the legal requirements and invest in their own development to keep these to standard.

The hours of work require flexibility and at times, unscheduled responses to attend the Club for the purposes of deliveries, events, unforeseen events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong people skills, demonstrating leadership and skilled customer service. 
  • Able to set the standards for others through recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
  • An understanding and qualification to manage a licensed establishment is essential.
