ARAMARK at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for several exciting roles within our back-of-house kitchen teams!

We have fantastic opportunities to join our friendly and growing team for the 2025 season and are recruiting the roles below to support our Hotel Kitchen Teams in food preparation and service-related duties across our 3 hotel Restaurants, ranging from Family buffet, Casual family dining to fine dining, as well as our on site Skyline Bar which is the hub of our evening entertainment, no two shifts will be the same.

Shift opportunities include:

  • Full Time
  • Part Time
  • Monday Friday Only
  • Mornings Only (6am until 2pm)
  • Evenings Only (2pm until 10pm)
  • With hourly pay ratesof up to £15.60 dependant on role

What does this role entail?

A day in the life of a Hotel Kitchen Team member would include

  • Preparing a range of high-quality dishes from seasonal menus across our ala Carte restaurants
  • Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
  • Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
  • Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

What is required for this role?

Here are some desirable qualities required for this role

  • Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
  • Food Safety Qualifications required
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team
  • Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
  • Always be approachable with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
