Must have at elast 33 teasr of experience and must have Enchanced DBS
As Chef de partie you will do:
- Oversee and run a specific station (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry, fish, etc.) during service.
- Ensure all dishes from your station are prepared and presented to the restaurant's standards.
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place (prepping, chopping, and portioning food) for the shift.
- Follow recipes and menus to produce consistent, high-quality dishes.
- Cook dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.
- Plate dishes beautifully and ensure they are presented in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
