Step into the role of an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber within a Housing Association. You will engage in a range of trade-related small works, concentrating on kitchen & bathroom installs, Plumbing, Tiling, boxing in, and repairs for tenants.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Complete a diverse range of trade tasks to high standards, providing efficient repairs for tenanted customers..
  • Communicate progress clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and relevant standards, using appropriate protective equipment.
  • Provide expertise in plumbing, carpentry, and minor maintenance and repairs jobs, diagnosing issues and scoping necessary works.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional service and resident well-being.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Possess a C&G/NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plumbing or Carpentry
  • proficient in maintenance plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and general construction works within a social housing environment.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and safety, aligning with our core values.
