Marketing Manager - Energize, Innovate, and Lead the Charge

Working across government and security segments, the business provide secure and stable communications to emergency response teams and associated parties.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create Buzz Across the Region: Develop and execute compelling local marketing, PR, and communication plans that align with the business vision and captivate your audience.
  • Host Unforgettable Events: Plan and deliver high-impact events such as fairs, dealer days, sales events, and virtual online experiences that leave lasting impressions.
  • Own the Digital Stage: Manage and contribute content to the company's social media channels and website, creating engaging posts that resonate while aligning with the digital strategy.
  • Drive Product Launch Success: Execute go-to-market strategies for new products using a mix of creative marketing channels to position them as must-haves.
  • Master Storytelling: Draft compelling articles, interviews, case studies, press releases, blogs, and more. You'll also keep the press distribution list current and effective.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Work alongside Channel Account Managers and strategic channel partners (dealers and distributors) to design and implement co-branded marketing plans that amplify sales and impact.
  • Bring Creativity In-House: Support internal marketing initiatives by crafting standout creative content and collaborating with external agencies to deliver bold, innovative campaigns.
  • Strengthen Relationships: Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Stay Agile: Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks and bring fresh ideas to any new or evolving initiatives.

What we need from you:

  • A Proven Marketer: Degree-qualified in marketing or equipped with exceptional experience, you bring both knowledge and hands-on expertise.
  • Social Media Savvy: You know how to leverage social platforms for competitive advantage and can create content that cuts through the noise.
  • Tech-Smart: You've worked with CRM tools, mastered Excel and PowerPoint, and know how to analyse and present data effectively.
  • Project Manager Extraordinaire: With strong planning and organizational skills, you deliver on time and on point, every time.
  • Customer-Focused: You're dedicated to delighting customers and know how to create solutions that meet their needs.
  • A Communication Ace: You have excellent English skills, both written and verbal. If you speak another European language, that's a bonus!

  • Prior experience in a strategic Marketing role in a product-led organisation, Ideally electronics or electronic systems or telecommunications.
