Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Risk Manager to join their dynamic team at a large independent hospital.

Responsibilities :

  • Champion quality improvement initiatives, aligning with our corporate vision and operational plans.
  • Ensure the hospital surpasses external regulatory inspection requirements.
  • Partner with senior management to lead the operational management of quality assurance and patient safety.
  • Foster a culture of strong governance by raising awareness and knowledge of quality processes and regulations.
  • Play a key role in developing and implementing hospital clinical governance activities, policies, and systems.
  • Oversee hospital preparedness for CQC/HIS/HIW inspections, aiming for a "good" rating or higher.
