Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Risk Manager to join their dynamic team at a large independent hospital.
Package :
- Up to £48,000 per annum starting salary
- Full time permanent contract (37.5 week)

Responsibilities :
- Champion quality improvement initiatives, aligning with our corporate vision and operational plans.
- Ensure the hospital surpasses external regulatory inspection requirements.
- Partner with senior management to lead the operational management of quality assurance and patient safety.
- Foster a culture of strong governance by raising awareness and knowledge of quality processes and regulations.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing hospital clinical governance activities, policies, and systems.
- Oversee hospital preparedness for CQC/HIS/HIW inspections, aiming for a "good" rating or higher.
