Quality Training Administrator - Immediate Start.

We are currently working alongside an established client of ours based in Windsor who are looking for a Quality Training Administrator on a temporary basis. (Opportunity to go Temp to Perm)

This position will see you work alongside departments to organise and coordinate with training providers to ensure sessions are booked as and when needed.

The role will be predominantly working from home but there might be times where you are required to come to the Windsor office.

Essential that you have experience with 'Workday' in any aspect.

Responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in administering tasks on the Workday platform.
  • Awareness of healthcare services and mandatory training requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively from home.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal interactions.
  • Capability to organise and coordinate with training providers to ensure sessions are booked as needed.
  • Autonomy in filling training sessions to maximum capacity by working with multiple department leaders.
  • Experience with Workday is essential. Policies will be in place to guide the administrator on the required training for each team member.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm. (Can be flexible on this)

Pay Rate: £13.58 p/h (Weekly Paid)
