Our fantastic client in Windsor are a leading Digital Healthcare firm that are continuing to grow and are looking for a great new Customer Service Advisor to join the team!
They are paying a salary of £23,800. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30pm and (37.5 hours a week) and they offer hybrid working after you complete your training! This will be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Corresponding with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email
- General administration such as issuing appointments
- Data-entry
- Diary work
- Answering incoming calls
- Making outgoing calls
- Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
- Ordering and processing medical records
- Arranging medical tests/investigations as required
Skills required for the role:

- Friendly and able to work well within a team
- 1 year of transferable experience
- Good Communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language - Grade C or above)
