**Role Overview: **As an integral part of the dedicated and support team, you will:- Provide **individual and group support** for students with SEN, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND).- Serve as a **mentor**, ensuring availability to address any challenges students may face and handling confidential matters discreetly.- Develop, deliver, and assess inspiring learning programs to create a high-quality teaching experience.- Execute pre-planned activities to assist students in reaching their full potential.

**Requirements: **- **Ideally NVQ2/NVQ3 qualification** or equivalent - not mandatory- **Minimum 1 year** of experience as a teaching/learning assistant or classroom assistant.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.- Passion for working with children with SEN.- Adaptability in teaching methods for different student groups.
