Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant SEN schools in Windsor, Berkshire.

- Pay: £85-£110 per day, depending on experience

?? Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or group support to students with SEN/SEMH needs, adapting to their individual learning styles
- Assist with the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
- Support students' emotional and social development, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to meet the needs of students
- Manage challenging behaviors in a calm and constructive manner, using appropriate strategies
- Prepare learning materials and help set up engaging classroom activities
- Foster a safe and nurturing space where all students can thrive
?? What We're Looking For:
- Experience in education or working with SEN/SEMH is highly desirable
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to purchase a new one)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
- You must have legal right to work in the UK
- You must be willing to attend a registration interview
