Location: Windsor (41-bed care home)Salary: £13.72 per hour (Monday - Friday) | £15.90 per hour (Weekends)Hours: 36 hours per week to start, with potential for more
We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Windsor. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional who is committed to delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Shift Options:- Short shifts: 8am - 2pm or 2pm - 8pm
- Long days: 8am - 8pm
- Lead and support the care team to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and emotional well-being.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor residents' health and update care plans accordingly.
- Previous experience in a Senior Healthcare Assistant role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A caring and proactive approach to elderly care.
