My client is looking for a Guest Service Manager to join their 5-star hotel on the edge of London. As Guest Service Manager your primary responsibility is to oversee the front desk and to ensure the guests experience a fantastic experience. We are looking for someone with fantastic customer service skills and a born leader so that the guest receives the best experience.

About the position
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to all customer and guest queries
- Anticipate the guests needs
- Oversee the running of the Front of House
- Handle and oversee feedback and complaints
- Act as Duty Manager
- Run daily reports
- Drive sales revenues and promote hotel services and facilities for up-selling opportunities
- Act as an ambassador for the company brand
The successful candidate
- Previous Duty Management experience in luxury hotels
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Opera experience
- Someone who is well organised and willing to go the extra mile
