An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join our client. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology, strong customer service skills, and experience providing remote and onsite support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1st Line IT Support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Manage ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and email configurations.
- Support hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Work closely with senior engineers to escalate complex technical issues.
- Experience in a 1st Line IT Support role, ideally within an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple support requests.
