1st Line IT Support Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join our client. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology, strong customer service skills, and experience providing remote and onsite support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st Line IT Support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Exchange, and Office 365.
