Senior Test Analyst (Hybrid)

Position: Senior Test AnalystLocation: Windsor Surrey, UK (Hybrid working, 2 days onsite per week)Salary: Up to £50,000 per annumHours: 35 hours per week, flexible between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm

• Lead test phases across multiple projects, managing the end-to-end testing process.
• Create and execute test strategies, plans, and cases, ensuring quality and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with IT and business users, preparing, executing, and reporting on test progress.
• Manage test teams, prioritizing workloads and ensuring continuous development.
• Monitor test progress, report defects, and provide actionable feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of the testing process.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing roles, with strong hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, TFS, and ALM.
• Strong technical skills, including API, cross-platform, and non-functional testing.
• Experience with C#, .NET, HTML, SQL, Postman, and SOAP UI.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with development teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience in automation testing and writing scripts from scratch (Selenium WebDriver is a bonus).
