The Company

We are very proud to be working with an industry leading and ultra-respected Design and Build company who are due to expansion seeking to recruit a talented JUNIOR TECHNICAL DESIGNER to join their highly dynamic & creative team.

As a JUNIOR TECHNICAL DESIGNER, the general purpose of the role is to integrate with and assist key members of the design team in delivering high quality architectural production drawings / information for both costing and construction purposes from project inception to completion.

Key Accountabilities

  • Produce design drawings & schedules from freehand sketches / instructions.
  • Carry out / assist with measured site surveys.
  • Attend site / project team meetings with clients & sub-contractors.
  • Offer additional design ideas to senior designers on projects.
  • Assist with document management of live project sites.

Professional Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in latest version of AutoCAD.
  • Revit experience would be advantageous.
  • Ability to build & maintain relationships, internally and externally.
