An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative / Fabric Cutter & Inspector to join a growing team in Windsor. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced environment where precision, care, and quality are key.

Role OverviewThis dual-role position involves working in the warehouse to handle, pack, and ship high-end products with care and efficiency, as well as cutting and inspecting fabrics to ensure they meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with the quality control and allocation teams, maintaining high attention to detail and consistently presenting the brand to the highest standards.

This is a physical role that involves daily lifting of heavy stock items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabric Cutting & Inspection:
  • Accurately cut fabric for orders in line with quality standards
  • Inspect incoming fabric deliveries and complete clear, accurate fault reports
  • Steam and repair fabric where needed
  • Match batches to minimise waste and support efficient stock usage
  • Ensure all fabric is booked in within 48 hours of receipt
  • Liaise with sales and wider teams to meet order deadlines
  • Keep cutting floor covered and organised at all times
  • Warehouse Operations:
  • Receive and check goods, documenting any issues
  • Unload deliveries manually and distribute to relevant departments
  • Pack orders securely and to best practice guidelines
  • Prepare and attach shipping documents
  • Provide shipping info and support to the Shipping Coordinator
  • Maintain clean, organised warehouse areas
  • Pick and return fabric rolls to stock locations
  • Monitor packaging materials and request stock when needed
  • Provide cover for Shipping Coordinator during leave
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required
