- Commercial property leases
- Landlord and tenant asset management?
- Buying and selling land, woodland, and commercial property?
- Options, overages, pre-emption agreements, and conditional contracts?
- Business acquisition and disposal?
- Commercial property finance?Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) transactions?
- Plot assembly, development, and strategic land?

- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property law?
