We are delighted to be working with this Windsor based law firm. They are recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal on a permanent full-time basis.Salary: £25,000 - £30,000Typical duties include:
- Progressing property transactions, the whole way through the process
- You will be working in the area of residential and commercial conveyancing
- Drafting legal documents and contracts
- Carrying out post completion tasks
- Supporting fee earners
- Obtain and check legal documents and title deeds
- Acting as a main point of contact for clients
- Building and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Candidate specification:
- Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
- Excellent organisation skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work to strong deadlines
- Experience using IT packages
- Team player
